Join us for a retreat at Tramuntana Flow, a beautiful and peaceful retreat center located in the village of Sa Cabaneta, Mallorca, just 15 minutes from Palma. The center offers stunning views of the Tramuntana mountain range and is set on an 8000-square-meter property with secluded spots for rest and relaxation.
This traditional Spanish villa belongs to my dear friend Angela, who has lovingly refurbished her childhood home. La Casa de La Calma offers simplicity and comfort with Zen-inspired decor, featuring natural colors and soft tones to induce relaxation and calmness.
The main house has five bedrooms and four bathrooms, while garden rooms near the pool each have a private ensuite bathroom. Bedrooms have twin beds that can be joined for couples or separated for singles. There is no air conditioning on the property, but each bedroom is equipped with a refreshing ceiling fan.
The property features a long garden with abundant trees, flowers, and wildlife, leading to a gorgeous saltwater swimming pool. The dining and living rooms offer communal dining and relaxation spaces, both indoors and on the terrace.
Yoga classes will be held in a spacious shala with natural light and valley views, as well as on an open-air terrace surrounded by orange, lemon, almond, and fig trees.

LEAVE YOUR IMPRINT

I love retreats—both attending and hosting them! There are so many amazing options out there, but what makes mine stand out?
My retreats are lighthearted. We’ll enjoy healthy and delicious food, plenty of exercise, and some spiritual practices. But we’ll also have fun! Maybe a glass of wine, a piece of chocolate cake, or even a night out on the town.
Each retreat includes a community service activity that benefits the local environment and residents, which brings me immense joy.
Join us for wellness, community, and making a positive impact.
