Let Me Tell You About These Videos and Who Might Find Them Helpful:
Fifteen years ago, I began teaching BASI’s Pilates for Injuries & Pathologies advanced education course to equip Pilates teachers with the knowledge and confidence needed to work with injured clients. I absolutely love teaching this course and seeing how empowered instructors feel after completing it! I also love doing private mentorship sessions with Pilates teachers, where we can dive deeper into specific issues. With these two methods however, there is a limit to how many people I can help. So I wondered- how can I share my knowledge and experience with more people at a lower cost?
The solution: Online Videos!
The idea was sparked by the overwhelming response to the Instagram reels documenting my husband’s rehab journey after his total hip replacements last year. If these videos could inspire and help so many people, why not do more?
My on-demand video library features real clients with various injuries and conditions, curated classes for specific purposes, and injury spotlights that provide more in-depth information on the most frequently asked about injuries and pathologies. Each video is designed to fit into your busy schedule, providing in-depth knowledge and practical skills in a concise format at an affordable price.
BONUS: When you purchase a video you will get exclusive access to a monthly group Q&A session where you can share your success stories and ask specific questions.
